If the product you ordered is out of stock and we cannot find a suitable alternative, you will lose nothing. We will either:- Offer you a new item link for a similar product, or
- Provide a refund to your FlymyMall wallet for the original purchase amount.

Changed Your Mind:
If you change your mind about a purchase, you are eligible for a refund minus a service fee. The refund will be credited to your FlymyMall wallet for use on future purchases.
Refund Policy for DIY Shipping Orders
- No Refund for DIY Shipping:
Since customers handle the shopping for DIY Shipping orders, we are not responsible for returns or refunds for such orders. FlymyMall only fulfills the shipping process. Therefore, no refund will be issued for DIY Shipping orders under any circumstances.
