Delivering to your country

Buyer Agreement

Last updated 19 August 2026

This agreement applies when you buy an item on the FlymyMall marketplace. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Who you are buying from

FlymyMall is a marketplace. Items are listed and sold by independent sellers, not by FlymyMall. What FlymyMall provides is the infrastructure around the sale: escrow, verification at our hub, international shipping to your country, and dispute resolution when something goes wrong.

This matters in one specific way. The seller is responsible for the item being as described. FlymyMall is responsible for checking it before it travels, and for holding your money until that check passes.

2. Your money is held in escrow

When you pay, your money goes into escrow. It does not go to the seller. The seller is paid only after the item has been verified at our hub and the order has completed.

This is the core protection of the platform. If the item never arrives at our hub, or fails verification, your money is still ours to return rather than the seller's to keep.

3. Verification before shipping

Items are shipped by the seller to a FlymyMall hub, not directly to you. We check the item against its listing before it continues to you.

Where a listing offers a paid verification or authentication tier, the scope of that check and its price are shown on the listing and at checkout before you pay. If an item fails verification, it is not forwarded to you, and the amount held for it is refunded.

Orders containing several items are verified per item. If one item fails and others pass, the order settles on what passed and refunds what did not.

4. Prices, currency and fees

Every figure you are charged is the one quoted to you at checkout. Prices are shown in the currency of the checkout you are using, and where a currency conversion applies, the converted total is shown before you pay rather than after.

Shipping, any optional insurance, and any verification tier you select are itemised in the checkout summary. We do not add charges after you have paid.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance in particular is outside our control and can add time.

You are responsible for giving us a delivery address that is accurate and reachable, and for being available to receive the item or collect it from the stated pickup point. Where an order requires customs documentation from you, we will ask for it and the order cannot progress until it is provided.

6. Optional insurance

You may add insurance at checkout at the rate shown there. Where insurance is purchased and a covered loss occurs, the insurance amount is refundable in accordance with the cover described at the point of purchase. Insurance is optional and clearly priced; it is never added by default.

7. Returns

Each listing states whether the seller accepts returns and the length of the return window, which is 14 days from delivery unless the listing says otherwise.

Returns are requested from your order in your account. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Where a return is due to the item not matching its listing, the return is at the seller's cost; where it is a change of mind, return shipping is yours.

8. Disputes

If an item is not as described, is damaged, or does not arrive, open a dispute from the order in your account. Because funds are held in escrow, opening a dispute before the order completes means the money is still recoverable.

We will ask both you and the seller for evidence, and will decide on that evidence. Where a dispute is resolved in your favour, the amount held is refunded to the original payment method, or to your FlymyMall wallet where you paid from it.

9. Offers

Where a listing accepts offers, an offer you make is a genuine commitment to buy at that price. If a seller accepts, you are expected to complete the purchase within the window shown. Offers expire automatically if not accepted.

10. Your account

Keep your account credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. Do not open multiple accounts to evade limits, bid on or buy your own listings, or use the marketplace to arrange payment outside the escrow system. That last one removes every protection described above and is grounds for closing the account.

11. Prohibited and restricted items

Some items cannot be shipped by air, or cannot be imported into the destination country. You can check an item before you buy it using our shipping screener. Orders for items that turn out to be prohibited cannot be forwarded and will be refunded or returned to the seller.

12. Changes

We may update this agreement. Material changes will be posted here with a new date at the top, and will apply to orders placed after that date.
