Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

FlymyMall, Inc. (“FlymyMall,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain and protect personal information.

1. Scope

This policy applies to customers in the United States who buy or sell through the FlymyMall marketplace, including transactions first discovered on independent social or resale platforms.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect names, usernames, contact details, addresses, account credentials, order and payment status, refunds, communications, shipping details, tracking numbers, product and package images, serial numbers, dimensions and weights, device identifiers, IP addresses, security logs, and identity verification information when necessary. Payment processors may collect full payment credentials directly.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts and transactions, facilitate marketplace purchases, arrange delivery, perform item verification, provide support, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, investigate disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. Where law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests where permitted, or consent.

4. AI-Assisted Verification and Warehouse Monitoring

We may use AI-assisted image comparison, cameras, barcode scanners, scales, warehouse video, product identifiers, and human review to inspect items, document custody and investigate discrepancies. Automated assessments can be inaccurate. Where applicable, individuals have rights concerning certain automated decisions.

5. Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention

We may request identity documents, selfies and verification results when needed for security, payouts, ownership claims or legal compliance. Biometric information, if processed, is subject to applicable notice, consent, retention and deletion rules. Suspected fraud is not proof of criminal conduct. We may preserve or disclose relevant evidence where lawful.

6. Who Receives Information

Information may be shared as needed with payment providers including Stripe, shipping carriers including DHL, FedEx and UPS, customs authorities where applicable, identity-verification vendors, technology and support vendors, professional advisers, regulators and law enforcement where legally permitted or required. Buyers and sellers may receive transaction information necessary to complete or dispute an order.

7. Marketplace Participants and Third Parties

We may share limited order, username, shipment and dispute information between buyers and sellers. Independent platforms such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist have their own privacy practices.

8. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable state law and eligibility thresholds, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain portable copies, opt out of qualifying sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-data uses and appeal decisions. We will provide legally required mechanisms and will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights.

9. Cookies and Analytics

Our services may use cookies and similar technologies for login, security, functionality, performance and analytics. If advertising or tracking tools are used, legally required notices, consent and opt-out options will be provided. We do not claim to sell personal information for money; statutory definitions of sale or sharing can be broader.

10. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including appropriate access restrictions. No system is completely secure. Retention depends on the record and may reflect transaction needs, customs, financial reporting, disputes, fraud investigations and legal obligations. Data is deleted, anonymized or lawfully archived when no longer needed.

11. Account Deletion and Children

Users may request account closure and deletion of eligible data, subject to lawful retention for unresolved transactions, disputes, investigations and regulatory duties. The service is intended for adults 18 or older; we do not knowingly offer child accounts.

12. Updates and Contact

We may revise this policy and notify users of material changes when legally required. FlymyMall, Inc., Newark, Delaware, United States. Website: flymymall.com. Privacy inquiries: contact us through our support centre.
