This agreement applies when you list or sell an item on the FlymyMall marketplace. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Your relationship with FlymyMall
You sell as an independent seller. FlymyMall is not the seller of your items and does not take ownership of them. We provide the marketplace, the escrow that protects both sides, verification at our hub, the shipping leg to the buyer, and payouts.
2. Listing accurately
Your listing is the promise the buyer relies on. Titles, descriptions, photos, condition and specifications must describe the actual item you will ship.
Weight and box dimensions are required before a listing can be published. This is not administrative: the international shipping leg is priced from them, so a wrong measurement is a real cost rather than a cosmetic gap. Listings with missing measurements can be saved as drafts but not published.
3. Screening
Listings are screened before they reach buyers. Screening can block a listing outright, or flag it for manual review. Where a listing is blocked, the reason is shown to you and you can correct and resubmit.
Screening is about what can lawfully and safely be shipped by air and imported into the destination country, and about the accuracy of the listing. It is not a guarantee that an item will pass verification later.
4. Prohibited and restricted items
You may not list counterfeit goods, stolen goods, recalled products, or anything you do not have the right to sell. Items that cannot travel by air (including many batteries, aerosols, flammable liquids and pressurised containers) cannot be listed for forwarding, and items restricted at the destination may be held or seized by customs.
Repeatedly listing prohibited items is grounds for suspension.
5. Shipping to our hub
When an order is placed, you ship the item to the FlymyMall hub, not to the buyer. Ship within the dispatch timeline stated on your listing, and provide tracking so the item can be matched on arrival when it reaches us.
Items that do not arrive within a reasonable window may have the order cancelled and the buyer refunded.
6. Verification
We check the item against its listing before it continues to the buyer. An item that does not match its listing fails verification and is not forwarded.
Where an order contains several items, verification is per item: the order settles on the items that pass and refunds those that do not. A failed item is returned or disposed of according to the instructions you give us at that point.
7. How and when you are paid
The buyer's payment is held in escrow from the moment they pay. It is released to you after the item has passed verification and the order has completed, not when the buyer pays, and not when you ship.
You must have a completed and approved payout profile before any money can reach you. You can list and sell before that is done, but the funds will sit as available balance rather than being transferred. Payout details must be your own; we cannot pay a third party on your behalf.
Fees applicable to a sale are shown to you before you publish and in the order breakdown afterwards. We do not deduct charges that were not disclosed at the point of sale.
8. Returns and disputes
State your return policy on each listing. Where you accept returns, the window is 14 days from delivery unless your listing states otherwise.
Where a return or dispute arises because the item did not match its listing, the cost falls to you and the buyer is refunded from escrow. Where it is a change of mind and your policy allows it, return shipping is the buyer's. Disputes are decided on the evidence both sides provide.
9. Communicating with buyers
Answer questions and messages through the platform. Do not use buyer contact details for marketing, and do not attempt to move a sale off the platform. Off-platform payment removes escrow protection from the buyer and payout protection from you, and is grounds for closing the account.
10. Your account
One seller account per person or business. Do not buy your own listings, manipulate reviews or ratings, or use multiple accounts to evade a suspension.
11. Suspension and closure
We may suspend listings or an account where this agreement is breached, where screening is repeatedly failed, or where there is credible evidence of fraud. Where an account is suspended with orders in flight, those orders are completed or refunded before any remaining balance is settled.
12. Changes
We may update this agreement. Material changes will be posted here with a new date at the top, and will apply to sales made after that date.
