1. Scope
This policy applies to FlymyMall US customers located in the United States who buy or sell on the FlymyMall marketplace, including transactions originating from social or peer-to-peer platforms and completed through FlymyMall.
2. Buyer Cancellation Before Seller Shipment
Buyers may request cancellation before the seller ships. If approved before verification or shipping work begins, eligible merchandise payments and charges for unperformed services will be refunded. If the seller has already shipped, cancellation may require an inspection or return workflow and reasonable disclosed costs where lawful.
3. Seller Cancellation and Failure to Ship
If a seller cancels, cannot provide the listed item, or fails to ship within the applicable transaction deadline, the buyer is generally entitled to a refund of the merchandise amount and eligible unperformed fees. Seller charges and consequences will follow the disclosed seller terms and applicable law.
4. Failed Verification and Item Not as Described
If the received item materially differs from the listing, is counterfeit, is not the item purchased, or fails an agreed verification requirement, FlymyMall may hold payout, request evidence and arrange an appropriate refund, return or agreed replacement. An item expressly sold as nonfunctional or for parts does not fail merely because of an accurately disclosed defect. A disclosed $15 mismatch restocking charge may be assigned to the responsible party only when lawful and must not reduce a buyer’s mandatory remedy.
5. Buyer Disputes After Delivery
Where a particular purchase offers a 72-hour post-delivery dispute period, buyers should report covered issues within 72 hours of recorded delivery with photos and details. Sellers ordinarily have three calendar days after notification to respond. FlymyMall may consider listing records, intake photos, verification results, carrier evidence and buyer submissions. The 72-hour window does not waive nonwaivable fraud, warranty, chargeback or consumer-protection rights.
6. Change-of-Mind Returns
Unless the listing or checkout expressly offers change-of-mind returns, a buyer’s preference change alone does not guarantee a return or refund after an accurately described item has been verified and delivered. Any voluntary return requires approval, return instructions and a clear allocation of shipping and handling charges. Applicable legal cancellation rights still apply.
7. Verification, Delivery and Other Fees
Basic and Detailed verification fees pay for the selected inspection scope, not insurance or a product warranty. Fees for verification already correctly performed are ordinarily nonrefundable for change of mind, but may be refunded for nonperformance, an error or as otherwise required. Unused shipping charges may be refunded before purchase of a label or dispatch; purchased labels and performed delivery services follow the disclosed carrier and transaction rules.
8. Seller Payouts, Refunds and Reversals
Seller payouts are subject to successful verification, applicable dispute conditions, processor settlement and fraud review. The disclosed marketplace commission is 8% of qualifying completed sales; reversals and commission adjustments on refunded sales will follow the applicable seller agreement and checkout disclosures. Seller balances may be adjusted for lawful refunds, chargebacks and fees with an accounting on request. FlymyMall does not represent that payments are held in regulated escrow.
9. Return Logistics and Unclaimed Goods
Approved returns must follow the supplied label and deadline instructions. Responsibility for return postage, packaging and handling depends on the reason for return and disclosed terms, subject to law. US marketplace goods do not automatically follow Global’s 30-day free storage / 90-day operational threshold. Unclaimed property, liens and disposal require separate applicable notices and lawful procedures.
10. Lost, Damaged or Misdelivered Orders
Customers should promptly report missing or damaged items and preserve supporting evidence. FlymyMall will review custody, verification and carrier records and apply the relevant contract, protection terms, insurance and mandatory law. An inspection pass does not eliminate responsibility for FlymyMall’s own legally actionable conduct.
11. How to Request a Refund
Submit a request through the support channel displayed in your account or our support centre, with your order or tracking number, reason, photos and any supporting evidence. We may request identity, ownership or payment verification to prevent unauthorized refunds. We will acknowledge and review the request within a reasonable period; any specific service-level timeline must be confirmed before publication.
12. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds ordinarily return to the original payment method where technically possible. Card and bank posting times depend on the payment processor and issuing institution. A released authorization is not the same as a completed refund. Wallet refunds or credits will be offered only where permitted and clearly agreed; promotional credits are not interchangeable with deposited customer funds.
13. Partial Refunds and Nonrefundable Charges
Where a service has been partially performed, refunds may exclude the reasonable, previously disclosed value of work already completed, nonrecoverable third-party charges and lawfully applicable fees. Fees for work not performed will be refunded where required by the transaction terms or law. Any deductions will be itemized. No fee or policy term overrides mandatory refund or consumer rights.
14. Fraud, Compliance and Disputed Ownership
We may temporarily pause a refund or shipment where reasonably necessary to verify payment, ownership, identity, suspected fraud, chargebacks or legal restrictions. We will not release goods to a claimant solely on payment of fees. We will review credible evidence and comply with lawful holds and orders. A suspicion alone is not proof of wrongdoing.
15. Chargebacks and Legal Rights
Customers retain valid statutory card disputes, chargeback rights, and other nonwaivable consumer remedies. Contacting FlymyMall first may speed resolution but is not a prerequisite where law provides otherwise. We may share relevant transaction and inspection records with processors to resolve disputes.
16. Policy Updates and Contact
This policy supplements the applicable FlymyMall Terms & Conditions. Specific checkout disclosures and mandatory law take precedence in a conflict. Material changes generally apply prospectively. FlymyMall, Inc., Newark, Delaware. Support and legal notices: our support centre.
