Delivering to your country

Terms & Conditions

For customers located outside the United States · Marketplace shopping and international shipping

1. Who Can Use FlymyMall Global

FlymyMall Global is for customers located outside the United States. Global users may buy eligible items on the FlymyMall marketplace and use international logistics for marketplace or eligible third-party retail purchases. Shipping may be performed through FlymyMall-managed routes or arranged with carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS and other supported providers. These are services within one Global account category, not separate user categories.

2. Marketplace Purchases for Global Buyers

An independent U.S. seller may list an item and tag a buyer's username. The buyer pays through the platform, the seller ships the listed item to the verification hub, and we apply the selected verification workflow before international dispatch. Sellers must own or be authorized to sell the goods, disclose material defects and ship the exact item described. If a material mismatch is confirmed, we may pause payout, cancel or refund as required, and coordinate lawful return; inspection fees and return charges are governed by the disclosed transaction terms and mandatory law. Global buyers receive the marketplace protections applicable to their purchases without being treated as a third user category.

3. International Receiving and Forwarding

Global customers may direct eligible purchases from U.S. retailers to their assigned receiving address. That address is a logistics receiving address, not a personal residence or banking address. Use correct customer identifiers and accurate sender/tracking details. A carrier 'delivered' scan is not proof of internal intake or acceptance. We register packages after physical receipt, scanning and account matching; unmatched shipments may require tracking, receipts and ownership evidence. Entering a tracking number does not prove title.

4. Rates, Minimums and Billable Weight

Standard Nigeria forwarding is $6.50 per pound; standard Ghana forwarding is $8.50 per pound, subject to current checkout rates and applicable surcharges. Eligible Nigeria non-phone shipments have a $30 minimum charge: the charge is the greater of $30 or billable pounds multiplied by $6.50. Thus 1 lb, 1.5 lb and 2.5 lb each cost $30 before extras, while 5 lb costs $32.50. Do not assume the same minimum applies to Ghana unless shown at checkout. Weight may be actual or dimensional depending on the route and carrier; applicable divisor, rounding and final measurement rules should be shown in the calculator. Special phone fees, oversized-item surcharges and carrier extras must be disclosed before payment. Minimum entry weight on each package is 1lbs. This means that packages that weigh less than 1lbs is rounded up to 1lbs.

5. Departure, Transit and Carrier Estimates

FlymyMall ordinarily dispatches eligible Nigeria shipments on Fridays, subject to payment cutoff, clearance and operational capacity. The advertised 5–7 business day transit estimate starts when the shipment actually departs the United States, not when ordered, delivered to the warehouse or paid for. Weekends and relevant holidays are excluded. Missed departures, customs, airline schedules, weather, carrier routing, destination security and other events may alter estimates. Other international services use the specific carrier service estimate shown at checkout; no arrival date is guaranteed unless expressly sold as a guaranteed service. FlymyMall is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control.

6. Customs, Taxes, Export and Import

Customers must provide accurate commodity descriptions, values, invoices, recipient details and export/import documentation. Do not request undervaluation, false gift descriptions or prohibited exports. Customs authorities independently control inspection, classification, detention, seizure, duties and taxes. Where Nigeria/Ghana checkout does not show a separate customs estimate, this does not guarantee every government charge is included; the selected service must expressly state any inclusions. For other destinations, duties and taxes may be estimated, billed by carriers, or collected by authorities. Customers pay lawful destination charges unless the selected service expressly includes them. We will not invent government fees.

7. Warehouse Add-On Services

Subject to checkout confirmation, picture request before arrival is $2, after arrival $5, box resize $2, and eligible return processing $5 excluding postage. Photos are not functional inspection. Resizing may increase or decrease dimensional charges. Repackaging may remove outer boxes, and reasonable care will be used. In some cases, resizing may expose packages to damage, for which FlymyMall is not responsible.

8. Free Storage, Weekly Charges and Maximum Period

For Global packages, 30 calendar days of free storage begin on FlymyMall's recorded physical receipt date. After day 30, the proposed charge is $5 per package for each commenced seven-day period, until released or lawfully disposed of, subject to notice and law. Day 90 is the ordinary maximum operational storage threshold, not automatic abandonment or transfer of title. We will provide ordinary reminders and any additional formal notice legally required before enforcing a warehouse lien or terminating storage.

9. Disposition, Donation and Disposal Safeguards

After day 90, FlymyMall may start the legally required unclaimed-property, warehouse-lien or storage-termination process. Notices will identify the goods, amounts owed, claim instructions, response deadline and proposed action. A donation, sale, recycling, destruction or return may occur only when authorized under applicable law and after all necessary notices and waiting periods. Any lawful sale proceeds and surplus must be accounted for as law requires. Fraud-flagged goods, evidence, credible competing claims and law-enforcement holds are excluded from automatic disposition. Paying storage does not settle an ownership dispute. The warehouse's governing state law and relevant UCC provisions require counsel review before automation.

10. Returns, Home Delivery and Undeliverable Goods

Return requests require merchant authorization where applicable, correct return instructions and a prepaid label or approved carrier payment. Merchant acceptance and refund are not guaranteed. Optional home delivery in Nigeria and Ghana may be offered at a displayed customer-facing price; internal contractor costs and margins are confidential. Wrong addresses, refusal, repeated failed delivery or customs problems may create additional disclosed charges. Goods may be returned, held or lawfully disposed of according to applicable rules; no blanket forfeiture applies.

11. Insurance, Claims and High-Value Items

The final payment screen must identify whether shipment insurance is included, optional or unavailable, and provide actual coverage terms. Full product value is not automatically insured. Promptly report loss/damage, retain packaging and submit tracking, invoices, photographs and other evidence. Smartphones, luxury goods, batteries and fragile items may be restricted or require special packaging, verification or coverage. Third-party carrier claim deadlines and exclusions apply where valid. Customers MUST inspect packages at our pick up locations for claims to be considered.

12. Global Wallets, International Cards and Consumer Rights

Any FlymyMall international-card surcharge must be shown before payment; bank currency conversion charges may be separate. Wallet deposits, refunds and credits follow disclosed rules and applicable unclaimed-funds laws. Mandatory consumer rights in the customer's country are preserved where applicable, even if Delaware law is chosen. Local law may require a different dispute forum, cancellation remedy or liability standard.

13. Acceptance, Scope and Order of Precedence

These Terms apply when you register, access the service, direct a package to our facility, or place an order. FlymyMall, Inc. is a Delaware corporation. The applicable category is determined by your location and the service offered: Global applies to customers outside the United States; US applies to customers in the United States. Transaction-specific disclosures and mandatory law prevail over inconsistent general language. Material amendments apply prospectively following reasonable notice; existing transactions remain subject to terms accepted at purchase unless law requires otherwise.

14. Eligibility, Identity and Accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. Provide accurate names, addresses, phone numbers, ownership information, payment authorization and account identifiers. We may request identification, proof of purchase, ownership, source of payment, or a one-time KYC link before processing a shipment, refund or payout. A failed automated check is not proof of crime; we may request additional evidence and conduct human review. We may restrict an account or shipment on reasonable compliance grounds, with notice when lawful and practicable.

15. Prohibited Conduct and Products

Do not use FlymyMall for stolen or fraudulently acquired goods, unauthorized cards, false invoices, identity theft, counterfeit goods represented as authentic, sanctions evasion, money laundering or illegal export/import. Weapons, explosives, dangerous goods, restricted batteries, pharmaceuticals, hazardous substances and other carrier-prohibited items may be refused. The customer must accurately disclose goods and comply with carrier and governmental rules. We may decline goods we cannot lawfully or safely handle.

16. Fraud Investigations, Property Claims and Reporting

Where credible indicators arise, we may stop processing, restrict accounts, temporarily hold shipments and payouts where permitted, request documentation, preserve relevant package photographs, video, serial numbers, tracking records and communications, and contact merchants, carriers, payment processors, claimants or authorities as law allows. We may report suspected offenses to police, the FBI, customs or other competent agencies. An alert or suspicion is not a finding of guilt. We will not release disputed property solely because a user pays a fee. We will review credible ownership claims and comply with court orders and lawful preservation duties. Any return to a claimant requires appropriate verification and legal authority. Reasonable documented return, handling or storage costs may be assessed only where lawfully recoverable. We do not promise a fixed investigation completion date.

17. AI-Assisted Verification and Service Limitations

We may use AI-assisted image comparison, cameras, scales, barcode scans, manual review and specialist services. Verification is limited to the purchased inspection scope. A pass is not a guarantee of title, authenticity, absence of hidden defects, network compatibility, continued functionality, product safety, or fraud-free origin. Automated assessments can be wrong; material disputed results may receive further review. An inspection fee is payment for a service, not insurance.

18. Estimates, Quotes and Timelines

'Estimate' means a good-faith preliminary projection, not a guaranteed price, deadline, duty, weight or result. It may change with actual weight/dimensions, carrier tariffs, packaging, service area, customs decisions, holidays, weather and transport disruption. A quoted amount becomes binding only to the extent explicitly fixed at checkout or in writing. Before collecting materially increased charges for unperformed services, we will disclose them and provide available alternatives or cancellation where required. An estimated delivery window is measured from the specifically stated event, not automatically from purchase or warehouse arrival.

19. Payments, Refunds, Chargebacks and Wallets

Payment methods are processed by third parties subject to their terms. Fees, taxes and surcharges imposed by FlymyMall will be shown before authorization or separately approved. Refunds depend on the service performed, payment status, the transaction rules and nonwaivable consumer rights. An authorization release is not the same as a completed refund. Legitimate payment disputes and statutory chargeback rights remain available. Customer wallet funds, promotional credits and seller balances are distinct; funds and unclaimed property will be handled according to applicable law. Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn but must only be used for service related payments. We do not describe our arrangement as regulated escrow or insured bank deposits unless legally established. Payments relating to packages can only be refunded to the wallet.

20. Insurance and Risk of Loss

Ordinary shipping and inspection fees do not by themselves purchase full-value insurance. Where optional insurance or shipment protection is offered, the checkout must identify provider, eligibility, limits, exclusions, deductibles, price and claim process before selection. Declared value alone is not coverage. Claims require reasonable supporting documents and are determined under the actual policy or protection contract. Risk of loss and liability follow the relevant contract and mandatory bailment, warehouse, carrier and consumer law. Nothing excludes responsibility for our own legally actionable negligence or misconduct. Each package is covered up to $200 only, for full coverage consider purchasing extra insurance during payment of packages.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent law permits, neither party is responsible for unforeseeable indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from ordinary breach. For ordinary contractual claims, FlymyMall's aggregate liability is proposed to be capped at the greater of $100 or fees paid for the affected service in the prior 12 months; this cap does not override mandatory warehouse, carriage, bailment, consumer, fraud, gross-negligence, willful-misconduct or other nonwaivable liability. This is a proposed clause requiring counsel's review, especially for lost or damaged goods; it is not a representation that every jurisdiction enforces the cap.

22. Disputes, Law and Communications

Please first notify legal@flymymall.com with transaction details and allow 30 days for informal resolution, without waiving urgent relief or statutory deadlines. Delaware law applies unless mandatory local consumer law controls. A competent Delaware court is the proposed forum where lawful; no arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed in this draft. We may send transactional and legal notices to the verified email, app inbox or lawful mailing address. Statutorily prescribed notices require the methods and time periods required by law.

23. Privacy, Records and General Provisions

We process identity, payment, shipping, photos and investigation records under a separately published Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may retain evidence as needed for legitimate security, regulatory and litigation purposes, subject to retention and privacy requirements. Events beyond reasonable control may delay services, but do not extinguish mandatory remedies. Invalid provisions are severed to the extent lawful. No clause transfers ownership of goods merely through inactivity. Contact: FlymyMall, Inc., 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #20422, Newark, Delaware; legal@flymymall.com.
